1 Information We Collect

We collect information that you directly provide when setting up your account, uploading documents, or constructing your resume:

  • Account Data: Full name, email address, password hash, and OAuth authentication tokens.
  • Resume Content: Contact details (phone number, location, portfolio links), career summaries, employment history, education, skills, projects, and certifications.
  • Uploaded Files: Resume files (PDF/DOCX) uploaded for automated parsing and ATS keyword analysis.
  • Payment Information: Subscriptions are processed securely by payment gateways (such as Razorpay). We do not store raw card numbers on our infrastructure.
2 Google Sign-In & Authentication

You can sign in using your email address or Google Single Sign-On (OAuth):

Google OAuth

We access only your basic public Google profile (name, email address, and avatar) to authenticate your identity. We do not access external Google files or drive contents.

Supabase Session Security

User sessions and authentication tokens are managed by Supabase using industry-standard JWT encryption and row-level security.

3 How We Use Your Resume Data

We use your information exclusively to provide and enhance our resume generation services:

  • To format, render, and export vector-quality PDF resumes based on chosen templates.
  • To power AI-assisted bullet point suggestions, executive summaries, and ATS keyword matching upon your command.
  • To manage user authentication, account preferences, and subscription access.
  • We never sell, rent, or distribute your resume or contact information to third-party advertisers or recruitment brokers.
4 Cookies & Storage

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to maintain authenticated sessions and preserve your active editor state. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings.

5 Data Security

We maintain strict security safeguards to protect your personal data:

  • HTTPS / TLS Encryption: All communications between your browser and our servers are encrypted in transit.
  • Row-Level Security (RLS): Database policies ensure that resume data is accessible only by the authenticated owner.
  • Protected Cloud Infrastructure: Cloud databases and serverless edge functions operate under enterprise-grade access controls.
6 Your Rights & Data Portability

You maintain full ownership of your data at all times. You have the right to:

  • Edit, update, or replace your resume content at any time.
  • Download and export your resume as a clean PDF document.
  • Delete individual resumes from your dashboard or request full account deletion by reaching out to support.
